Para-what?

Paraphila is an umbrella term used to cover the family of philias. In sexology, it is sometimes more widely used to cover atypical sexual interests or deviances. While the word paraphilia may seem alien, the philias it encompasses may seem slightly familiar. Think fetishes and unusual desires and you're on the right track!

GP's large naked lady fetish gets him barred

A family doctor's passion for 'large naked ladies' has resulted in a disciplinary hearing. Hungarian-born doc Ralph Vadas, 56, is said to have watched porn on two work computers, groped staff at his surgery and even installed a hidden webcam to allow him to spy on patients.
Poole-based Vadas faces 60 charges relating to his misconduct with staff and patients. He's reported to have told a receptionist, "I think I am falling in love with you." He's alleged to have asked "Can I have a feel?" before putting his hand up her jumper.

The GP has denied touching another receptionist's bottom and pleasuring himself in the kitchen of doctor's surgery. He has, however, admitted touching a nurse's bottom.
